Bathroom Remodeling

When pricing bathroom remodels, our estimates will depend on several factors. One is whether you are remodeling a primary bathroom or a smaller hall bathroom. A general range on primary bath remodels would be about 10-15% of your home’s value. Most primary bathroom remodels that we do start around $50,000. A smaller hall bathroom may cost between 5-10% of your home’s value. Extensive tilework or changes to the layout of your home can increase this cost.

Kitchen Remodeling

For a kitchen remodel without appliances, we estimate that 20-25% of the total value of your home is a good baseline. This will vary based on a number of factors, including the materials you plan to use in your remodel and the scope of work. We often find that kitchen remodels start around $75,000; including electrical work; new cabinets, countertops, and backsplashes; painting; and more.

Basement Remodeling

Prices to finish your basement can vary depending on how you want to finish it. A good number to keep in mind? About $115 per square foot. Your costs will go up with more extensive renovations. Adding a wet bar, fireplace, or home theater will cause our prices to rise, as will choosing higher end finishes for your completed basement.
